7.0The flat is in a lovely location; you can see the lake from some of the windows.
− The flat looks good in the online listing, but when you’re there, you can see that it’s showing its age: The sofa and armchairs are quite worn A few of the grout lines in the shower have turned black The Location is right by the road, it can get quite noisy during the day. The flat also doesn’t have air conditioning, that is a serious drawback in Summer

8.0We stayed here with our family from June 25 to June 27 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is located in a charming historic building right on the shores of Lake Como. It is spacious, comfortable, and full of character. The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms with two showers made it perfect for our family of four. The large rooms, private secure garage, and well-equipped apartment made our stay easy and enjoyable. The highlight is the breathtaking location directly on the lake, with stunning panoramic views and a private dock just steps away. The hosts were welcoming, everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future.
− The only things we missed during our summer stay in June were air conditioning and a washing machine. The weather was very hot, so air conditioning would have made the stay much more comfortable.

9.0Am avut o experiență excelentă! Cazarea este amplasată într-o locație deosebită, chiar pe malul lacului.Cele doua garaje ai fost un avantaj doar ca accesul a fost putin mai greu din cauza strazii inguste. Proprietatea a fost curată, bine întreținută și dotată cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur plăcut. Gazdele au fost primitoare și foarte atente la nevoile noastre. Recomand cu încredere această cazare!

8.0The most stunning location overlooking the lake The property is on a main road but it was fairly quite when we were there Quieter village than the bustle of Como town Close to some great restaurants, the bus stop and the boat to various areas on the lake We found that the garage was very useful and we were able to easily park our car
− Although the agents were very helpful and replied promptly the self check in procedure was inefficient and time consuming. We sent at least 10 emails to register and address all the problems Other accommodation we booked was not so complicated Property was adequate but maybe in need of modernisation and redecoration
