1.0− We had to cut short our stay due lack of hot water during december. Neighbour complaining for just walking aound the house

Not clean and inadequate kitchen facilities for our self catering family of 6.
3.0Spacious, convenient location
− Not clean. Kitchen crockery and cutlery dirty. Some left in dishwater unwashed. Not enough glasses for the 6 of us, especially if you don't want wine. No washing up bowl to overcome leaking plug in sink. No tea towel. Dusty surfaces. Pillow cases looked crumpled therefore gave impression may have not been changed. Some towels looked grubby. When tried to contact Prim Properties there was no answer despite only 16.23pm on Thursday. They rang back later.
