7.0− We were totally surprised to learn a bar/ restaurant was on the ground floor. Loud music was playing til 11:00 pm. which made it a challenge to sleep til they closed .This should have been disclosed in your summary of the apartment and location to town.

1.0− We could not stay at this property due to. I have bad knees and did not know the only way to get to the room was up 6 flights of stairs. Asked for refund and was told no. Thanks.
You should be more truthful in you advertising....and explain the purple palace is not for retirees
3.0the location was perfect for the festival, NOT for the beach.....
− My wife and i are both pushing 80 yrs old the steps to the top floor were a real trip. Having a bar underneath the apartment was both convenient and a noise issue..... The outside picture we saw before renting did not reflect the true picture. Had we known about the steps we never would have rented....I made the steps "ok" but, my wife is crippled with arthritis and it was painful for her.....
