− Heating in the living room is fine but rooms does not have central heating and supplied heater fan is not convenient.

− Bulb in the main lounge had fused. We should have been informed that heating in main room was broken. Fan heaters were left but there are safety issues with keeping these on for long periods of time. Hot water also came on at extremely low pressure. Blind in extra bedroom was also not functioning properly and not covering whole window.
