Banal, din primele minute să ai podeaua inundată.
6.0Amplasarea proprietății este excelentă și am apreciat faptul că am fost feriți de gălăgia stradală.
− Din păcate, experiența în interiorul apartamentului are nevoie de îmbunătățiri majore. Pozele indică cu totul altceva față de așteptările reale.‼️ Intrarea în bloc lasă o primă impresie dezolantă, iar liftul era în reparații, fiind destul de dificil să urcăm bagajele până la etajul 5. ‼️ Locația se află pe un culoar de zbor, aspect ce ar trebui menționat pentru transparență. În interior, curățenia a fost superficială: am găsit praf pe obiectele statice și păianjeni. Apartamentul avea un miros stătut, iar lipsa plasei de țânțari la balcon a favorizat intrarea muștelor. Prosoapele puse la dispoziție erau destul de ponosite și aveau ațe destrămate. ‼️ La baie, din cauza scurgerii defectuoase de la duș, s-a inundat podeaua.‼️ Priveliștea oferă doar o vedere banală către o unitate militară din apropiere. Am semnalat aceste aspecte, însă proprietarii au adoptat o atitudine defensivă, căutând scuze în loc de soluții. Spațiul are potențial, dar necesită investiții serioase în mentenanță și curățenie. Nu recomand.
Príjemné ubytovanie v blízkosti centra.
8.0Byt bol veľmi príjemný, pekný a čistý. Lokalita bola veľmi dobrá, v pešej dostupnosti centrum mesta. Tichá lokalita. Možnosť parkovania v podzemnom parkovisku. V obývacej izbe inštalovaná klimatizácia. Izba má malý balkón s posedením. Bez problémov sme sa vyspali - 3 dospelí a 1 dieťa.
− Počas nášho pobytu nefungoval výťah, museli sme ťahať všetky naše veci na 5.poschodie. Vjazd aj výjazd z garáže je náročný, veľmi úzky prechod. Pre menej skúsených vodičov a väčšie autá odporúčam radšej parkovať vonku.

10.0Very cute, clean apartment in the city centre, close to the Old town, the sights, restaurants, shops...there is a small but well supplied super market right next to the building. We enjoyed our stay very much.
