9.0Dias Apartment hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Neuen Hafen, den man vom großen Balkon genießen kann. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

9.0Tolle Sicht auf den Hafen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, hochwertiger Eindruck der Gesamtanlage, zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, sehr sauber und die Betten ebenfalls sehr gut (sogar bei Bedarf elektr. verstellbar).
− Gerne bei kalten Außentemperaturen zeitgerecht die Fußbodenheizung vor Ankunft der Gäste anstellen.

10.0Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage, war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr sehr zufrieden.
