Unverschämter Apartment Zustand
4.0Die Nordsee, Dünen und Gastronomie.
− Booking.com bietet ein Apartment mit Meerblick, Spülmaschine an. Apartment 57 war bei unserer Ankunft nicht tatsächlich gereinigt. Matratze war mit Urinflecken, Geschirr teilweise verschmutzt, Dunstabzugshaube defekt. Couch / Sessel mit Hundehaaren und versandet. Duschkabine ekelhaft verschmutzt. Ein Anruf beim Vermieter brachte keine Abhilfe, bzw wurde mit dem Hinweis ,es gäbe keine Alternative, da alle Apartment belegt seien.Meerblick gäbe es sowieso keinen und die Spülmaschine ebenso nicht. Booking.com wurde sofort über diese Zustände mehrfach angeschrieben, ohne Erfolg. Wir haben mit unseren eigenen Mitteln Dayson Akku Sauger gereinigt. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit von Booking.com und Belvilla sich nicht wirklich zu kümmern. Auf die SOS Hilfe warten wir heute noch. Nach meiner Beschwerde hat Booking.com den Meerblick und die Spülmaschine aus dem Angebot entfernt.

8.0Die Lage des Apartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren angenehm groß und die Einrichtung war gemütlich. Das Apartment liegt sehr nah am wunderschönen Strand ( laufnah) und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Ein Fenster im Apartment ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Der gerufene Reparaturdienst war gleich vor Ort und beseitigte das Problem schnell und zuverlässig. Vielen herzlichen Dank.
