8.0zelfvoorzienend, uitzicht is prachtig, twee balkons en heerlijke druiven om zelf te plukken en eten.
− de inrichting van de woonkamer kan beter, alleen een bank zonder leuningen voor maar plaats voor 3 personen, terwijl dit een appartement voor 7 personen is. Hierbij moet je tuinmeubelen gebruiken want de eetkamer stoelen zijn smalle houten stoelen die niet geschikt zijn om de hele avond op te zitten. Tevens kan het matras beter, zakt nu helemaal door.
