Great location, wonderful private space with private pool, good kitchen and comfy bed

− Needs some TLC, dirty grout in the bathroom, sagging cupboard doors and bent fly screens , extremely uncomfortable couch with not much sitting room, property welcome booklet was outdated with listed restaurants closed now - no dining table inside was a bit of a downside because we were unlucky with rain every day during our stay so couldn’t utilise outdoor table

Excellent location, cafes close by were both really good and a short walk to both the town and beach in either direction. Good sized and well equipt kitchen, nice to have a laundry to access. The kids loved the pool as well. It was nice to have some DVDs to watch at night time.

− As others have mentioned the living area is quite small which is not an issue in itself but the seating could be better - a L shaped couch would be better than the 2 occasional chairs (which are more decorative type chairs rather than comfortable chairs to sit in). We were a family of 5 and only 4 of us could sit in the living room at one time. A bigger coffee table here would help too for us all to gather round and play games on. There was no beach umbrella which would have been a handy inclusion as we travelled from interstate so couldn't take one with us.

Amazing location, just across from the beach, with easy access to Tea-tree Lake and a lovely cafe.

We loved the pool, the beds were comfy, and the place was super clean. Nothing not to love!! We would love to go back here! Mum is 85 and it was really easy for her to get around.

Good location, small, cute and beachy. A bit too small for 5 people and a long stay.

Location and pool area was great. Beds were comfortable.

− We had 2 adults, not a couple and 3 kids so the layout wasn’t great for that. No proper doors or rooms really and no privacy. They should specify it is small when booking for 5 people. They also only gave two dish tablets and two rolls of toilet paper and one towel each for 5 people staying 5 nights. We paid $2k so I would expect more than this as a minimum.
