5.0L'emplacement proche de la gare. La vue n'est pas formidable mais on s'y attendait vu le lieux. Globalement pas trop bruyant vu l'emplacement
− Parties communes (dont ascenseur) vétustes et d'un propreté douteuse. Le 3e lit est un futon de l'épaisseur d'une télécommande... Autant dire que dans la 2e piece (vide a notre arrivée il faut installer le futon) vous dormez par terre. Les 2 autres lits sont confortables mais petits (120?) ce qui serait acceptable s'il y en avait 3... La climatisation de la pièce principale semble sous-dimensionnée. On stagne à 26/27... La propreté de la cuisine est en dessous des standards japonnais (impeccable dans tous nos autres logements). Jusqu'à maintenant la seule déception dans nos logements au japon.

− Ac is too small for area and takes too long to cool. The day we arrived it was extremely hot and room was very hot, ac had a difficult time cooling the room.

3.0離廣島車站近,非常方便搭乘機場接駁客運
− 大樓一樓有明顯潮濕味,電梯內有尿臭味,入住的701大樓口上方都是蜘蛛網,住宿的裝潢及傢俱都老舊,地毯沙發髒上面都有灰塵碎屑,浴室會積水,浮起的浴室濾網非常髒,廁所沒有抽風,馬桶座與馬桶不密合,晒衣服的紗窗門充滿髒汙,跟照片差很多
