10.0Imóvel central, com saída para todas as localidades que eu visitei, supermercado nas proximidades, apartamento nem grande demais, e nem pequeno. Gostei bastante.
− Falta de garagem, precisaria de mais duas cadeiras, pois eram 4 pessoas, e apenas duas cadeiras. Prédio sem elevador, atrapalhou na hora da chegada e saída com bagagens. O segundo andar tem um cheiro muito forte de existência de animais, provavelmente cachorro, que exala um tipo de suor característico, que fica empregnado naquele pavimento.
A estadia foi super tranquila, voltarei em breve.
