Lots of troubles with bad support

− The apartament was not properly checked before our arrival so the fridge didn't work, bedroom's air conditioned was off, no baterys on several stickers. The building lock took ages to open and the towels were very small, hand towels. The fridge was replaced on the 3rd night in spite of big appliances shops were open on the weekend, the air conditioned had a plug that they didn't know about and had no info about. Baterys and towels were not provided during all stay. Building lock was not replaced. They were no instructions for the appliances or internet password. The building is weekly build, you hear everything on the other apartaments. No blinds on windows, only curtains. It was a nightmare during the first 3 days, took a lot of time on phone and emails to solve. Also increased our budget because with no fridge and small children we had to go out and shop more for the meals. The 200€ of garantee payment had no confirmation document of return in spite of asked for.
