8.0Piękny widok na góry, lasek i łąki dookoła, blisko sklep, piekarnia oraz dwie główne atrakcje regionalne, zamek Hohenwerfen i Eisriesenwelt.
− Niestety dla turysty, który przyjeżdża odpocząć od zgiełku miasta i pracy musi zmierzyć się z autostradą, która jest głównym węzłem komunikacyjnym i oddalona jest zaledwie o ok. 300m od obiektu. W lecie, przy upałach nie ma możliwości spania przy otwartych oknach, bo hałas jest nie do zniesienia. Kolejnym minusem jest "zamknięta sypialnia" tj. wydzielone miejsce do spania, które zostało "szczelnie" zabudowane bez żadnej wentylacji czy jakich kolwiek luxferow by chociaż trochę wpadało naturalnego światła przy zachowaniu sfery prywatnej.
