9.0Un'accogliente stanzetta, vicinissima al molo e alla spiaggia di Le Grazie e in posizione perfetta anche per i mezzi che portano alla vicina Portovenere. Consigliatissima

8.0La stanzetta è un mini appartamento con tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi le spiagge vicine di sabbia o ghiaia. Altrimenti con l'autobus si possono raggiungere Portovenere (per poi traghettare verso l'isola Palmaria), Fezzano e altri paesi limitrofi. Il signor Renzo e sua figlia Veronica sono stati disponibilissimi ogni volta che ne ho avuto bisogno.
− Purtroppo la nota negativa è il posteggio per la macchina, praticamente inesistente. Noi lo abbiamo trovato in un campo sportivo adibito a posteggio, abbiamo tentato di pagare al totem con la carta e non è stato possibile per assenza di connessione. Abbiamo pagato in contanti 40 euro per una settimana, ma a fine vacanza abbiamo trovato la sanzione perché il biglietto al sole si è cancellato.

10.0Piccolo, ma dotato di ogni comodità! In un'ottima posizione per raggiungere Porto Venere e La Spezia, ma fuori dal caos turistico. L'host preciso e disponibile ha dato informazioni sia pratiche sia per visitare la zona.
