8.0seguridad del departamento, al tocarme dias de extremo calor, la pileta yel aire acondicionado fue una salvacion. Fui de de visita y no tuvieron problemas en dejarme invitar a mi hijo al depto. a pasar un rato. gran calidad humana.
− EL mobiliario necesita un poco de mantenimiento, cajoneras de cuarto principal, y repisa debajo del tv que estaba suelta.

7.0La ubicación.. cerca de la ruta.. para continuar viaje El patio y la pileta esta muy lindo... No la usamos porque estabamos de paso.. La atención es buena y rápida.. Buena onda. Ambiente agradable El check-in es hasta tarde así que si venís con retraso ingresas igual. Aire acondicionado en la habitación El predio es grande.. la parte exterior esta lindo. El césped en toda la propiedad le da un toque genial.
− El departamento es angosto.. chico.. Al ingresar sentimos olor a humedad. Parece que filtro agua por el techo y en el Durlock hay mohoo. Habitación chica.. basica.. pintura vieja. Le falta mantenimiento Cocina precaria y estaba muy sucia. Las paredes salpicadas de aceite En el baño hay varias cosas rotas y herrumbridas Paredes manchadas.. en el baño falta limpieza profunda.. Falta un sector techado para TODOS los autos. Sino queda a la intemperie. Con un retoque y algo de inversión para "RENOVAR" algunas cosas quedaria muy lindo. El diseñó y la ornamentación suma mucho a primera vista. Ya que la parte exterior parece un country pero el departamento se parece al de un hostel modesto.. Hago estas observaciones porque se que pueden mejorar esas cosas y lograr tener un departamento mas moderno y limpio. Gracias
