Nice apartment, nice hosts, external factors let it down
8.0Lovely hosts who were very welcoming. The apartment is clean, airy and well equipped. The shower is roomy and powerful.
− The pictures are misleading. There is a large fence which cuts off the large grassed area shown on the photos, no access for the apartment and no open views of the rolling countryside. There was just a decked area to sit out on with high surrounding fencing and the apartment above looking down on us. There were noisy barking dogs all night from the neighbouring property, and the apartment above clearly houses a herd of elephants. It's right next to the main road linking Hereford to Gloucester so was not the peace and quiet expected or hoped for. Also, the allocated area for parking was under some large trees, resulting in my car being complete covered in bird poop overnight and costing me £10 to get it cleaned before the paintwork was damaged.

8.0Het was schoon. Het was een ruim en mooi appartement. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen met veel lekkers dat voor ons klaar stond als verrassing! Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was geweldig en de douche was echt heerlijk.
− Uit de foto’s blijkt niet dat er een hoge schutting om het terras heen staat, die het uitzicht volledig wegneemt. Als we dat hadden geweten, dan hadden we het appartement niet geboekt. Ook bleek dat we bovenburen hadden - super aardige mensen, maar het is wel gehorig. Tip voor de verhuurster: update de foto’s naar de tegenwoordige situatie, dan weten de gasten waar ze voor kiezen.

10.0We really appreciated how everything was thought of, the amazing surprise of a hamper with bread, milk, drinks and even cake! Everything was clean and even a bed was made up for our little boy.
