Great location, apartment good but needs attention. Host absent. Very disappointed.
4.0Great location. Beach, shops and restaurants all very close. Walking along the promenade to Playa del Ingles was lovely. Excellent aircon in the bedroom and a balcony for breakfast, watching sunrise and sunset. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. There were parking spaces available outside the apartment.
− It was not easy to find the apartment. Nobody came with keys or to greet us. The apartment was dirty, the plates, cutlery and glasses were dirty. The sofa and cushions were badly stained and smelt terrible. The table in the living room was missing, beach towels were missing. The shower was broken. There were no instructions for the appliances. Worst of all, when I messaged the host with the problems, they did not send a cleaner or offer help, just blamed it all on a storm. Not good enough for the high price charged.
