Apartment 200-1 Pustertalstr 8: geräumig und sauber, Blick auf den Haubold

− Apartment 200-1, Pustertalstraße 8: Für uns keine Empfehlung. Wir empfanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als schlecht. Das Haus und Teile der Ausstattung wirkten auf uns veraltet und teilweise muffig. Das Warmwasser wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nie richtig warm. Wir wurden an zwei frühen Morgen ohne vorherige Ankündigung durch Handwerker gestört. Nach unserer Beschwerde zeigte sich der Vermieter aus unserer Sicht nicht kulant. Der Müll musste in einer etwa 700 m entfernten Holzhütte entsorgt werden – auch am Abreisetag. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung zwischen einer Hauptstraße und Bahngleisen, was je nach persönlichem Empfinden störend sein kann.

Ładny widok z balkonu

− Przydała by się klimatyzacja. Po rozłożeniu łóżka nie można było wyjść na balkon

Great stay - the view was incredible.

The apartment was huge. We loved our space, how close it was to the train station, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were kind, communicative, and helpful.

− These are minor issues/notes; we’d love to stay here again if we come back to San Candido. 1) From the description and address on Booking, we thought the apartment was located in town. While it’s only a 10 min walk, it was very inconvenient after long days of hiking. 2) We were required to sort and dispose of our trash, in town. Paying for a cleaning fee but required to clean the apartment before leaving and manage our trash was new for us. More information about what to sort and providing specific trash cans in the apartment would have been helpful. 3) Lastly, it would have been nice if the apartment came with some essentials, like coffee, cooking oil, spices - only salt was provided.
