9.0It's a proper apartment right in the town, walk everywhere. They also have a nice parking space which is good for a normal car. I have a pick up truck which made it a little challenging but made it work. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater.

− Falta de elevador, garagem apertada, um wc a precisar de melhoramentos, praga de formigas e acesso à piscina pela garagem e com pouco espaço para estar, encontra-se num lugar pouco arejado e com pouco logradouro.
