- 5 min to the supermarket, 10-15 mins to the beach - Condo has 3 free magnificent pools, on the 1st, 2nd floors and on the roof - Condo has a free gym - Good state of renovation - Modern apartment with everything you need for a long live: cooking, washing clothes, cleaning, ironing - 2 conditioners - No mosquitos - Water is clean enough to brash teeth and cook pasta. We did that and didn't get sick. - Fast communication with the host

− - A little bit far from the beach but in a walking distance (~10-15 mins) - Best for 2 people, since if you will unfold the sofa - it will take all the space - Conditioner in the bedroom needs to be charged or filter should be cleaned it seems, barely working and switching off itself after ~10 min (not a timer problem) - Sink should be cleaned - water is stuck for long For the last 2 we didn't actually tell that to the host because it wasn't a big deal for us so maybe he would fix it fast. Do not hesitate to contact him, he is a responsible person.

The apartment in general was very clean and tidy. The amenities were great and if any extras were needed, the staff were quick to resolve it.

− The TV box was not working. The advertisement states that streaming channels could be accessed however, for the entire stay there was no way to access basics like Netflix or HBO due to the TV box not working. We requested the staff to look into it twice however, nothing was done about it. The WiFi was also quite temperamental.

I did not stay in this property as the ac did not work, I asked for a refund to book else where but the host didn’t even bother to check on the condition or notify about conditions. I understand it’s not in his control that there were no electricity. However it is also not my problem.

Decent place to stay in Surin Beach

We had a very nice stay here. The property has 2 pools, one at ground level and a roof top pool. Both were very nice and clean. The location worked for us, 10min walk to Surin or Bang Tao beaches. Surin is perfect for a swim and BangTao is a great longer walk along the shore. Both places are really nice. Local restaurant next door is really good and affordable. The air con is efficient and quiet and the apartment was clean. Stephen the host was very quick to reply to my queries and arranged us a well priced taxi from the airport, we ended up using the same taxi driver again as he was so good.

− There is nothing we didn’t like so much that we wouldn’t stay again. My main gripe is that it was quite expensive (our most expensive stay in Thailand by nearly 50%) but there is little attention to detail. 7 night stay with no room cleaning or cleaning materials, no spare towels or any pool towels, no means of drying dishes and only enough toiletries for the first night. I will say that I didn’t ask for any additional items so it’s possible some of these things were fixable as Stephen seemed to be a good host. For this price I feel its getting ready for some re-decoration.

Was small but as only a couple was ok, standard of room was good and was very clean.

− Was quite difficult to find when arriving at night and trying to communicate to the taxi driver the location. Was an apartment booking but had no toaster so improvised with fry pan!
