3.0Дом был очень хороший, расположение тоже отличное. Напротив находится большой парк, вокруг много зелени. Сам дом комфортный, в нём было всё необходимое. Однако с чистотой были серьёзные проблемы.
− Когда открывали шкафы, чувствовался неприятный запах, похожий на запах сарая. Полотенец, тапочек и зубных щёток не было. Позже принесли полотенца, но от них тоже исходил неприятный запах. Неприятно пахло постельным бельём, простынями — практически всем. Окна были грязными, а пол пыльным. К сожалению, из-за плохой уборки и неприятного запаха общее впечатление от проживания было сильно испорчено.

10.0Квартира действительно имеет все необходимое, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно и выполнять все необходимые действия по поддержанию себя в хорошем виде и самочувствии. Там есть регулируемое отопление, хороший напор воды, обеденный стол, утюг, фен, гладильная доска, фужеры, любые ножи, стиральная машина. Хозяйка сама предложила не спешить и спокойно собраться. Дай Бог ей здоровья!
− Удалённость от магазинов и ресторанов, но это мелочи.

10.0Хорошая квартира в новом доме. Тёплая, светлая, чистая, уютная, в наличии всё - необходимое . На входной двери - кодовый замок - очень удобно, не надо с собой ключи носить и при заселении удобно. Хозяйка всегда была на связи, отвечала на все наши вопросы. В общем всё было замечательно! Спасибо большое!

10.0We liked everything. The apartment has all the facilities. It’s in a perfect location, located in the nature and only 20 minutes away from the center by walk. You can also take a taxi, it’s cheap and takes only 5 minutes. The host was friendly and accommodating. We were able to check-in early and check-out late.
