Die Lage mit blick auf den Hafenbereich von cala Figuera ist sehr schön,das Haus geräumig mit grosser Sonnenterrasse und gut ausgestattet bis au wenige Kleinigkeiten zb zu wenig Geschirr.

− Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat eine sehr steile Zuwegung von ca 50 Metern,die für geheingeschränkte Menschen wie mich nach Hüftgelenksersatz nicht zu bewältigen war.Am oberen Ende des Wegs gab es einen Parkplatz,weswegen wir exakt dieses Haus ausgewählt hatten.dass ein extrem steiler Fußweg zum Haus führt,wurde nicht erwähnt.Im Gegenteil wurde mit Barrierefreiheit geworben,diese gilt aber nur fürs Haus.Mit dem Auto vor das Haus zu fahren,war theoretisch möglich,aufgrund der Enge des Wegs aber nicht machbar.wir mussten alsoc statt der gebuchten 2 Wochen nach 4 Tagen abreisen,da ich das Haus n7cht verlassen konnte.Ein von uns erbetener Ersatz Hotel oder Haus nit Barrierefreiheit wurde uns nicht angeboten.Wir zogen ins Hotel um und hatten einen erheblichen finanziellen Schaden. Im übrigen wurde uns eine falsche Adresse mitgeteilt,sodas wir das Haus nur nach langer Suche und Hilfe von Anwohnern hatten finden können.Wir verreisen seit vielen Jahren mit booking.com ,haben so einen REINFALL noch nie erlebt.

Relaxing stay overlooking beautiful fishing village!

Beautiful location overlooking a stunning little quiet fishing village. Loved sitting on the veranda and listening to the water..so relaxing! Kids loved the adventurous walk in to town around the water and getting our feet wet on the way. It is also nice and close to the larger villages of Santanyi and many beautiful coves! The owner had plenty of essentials for us to use throughout our stay, which was also very helpful.

− There were so many mosquitoes at this time of year and it was a shame we had to keep the place closed up! Fortunately Maria had stocked up on mosquito coils for us and some spray.

We really loved the beautiful little fishing village, close to restaurants etc.

The location is absolutely beautiful. A really lovely view of Cala Figuera. Lovely to hear the sound of the water lapping on the shore at night.

− The tenants in the unit downstairs were very noisy. They stayed outside drinking and talking till 2am every night.

the location was perfect, it was even better than expected. loved the easy access to Cala Figuera. The place was clean and well looked after.

− Our biggest con was that the place wasn’t very well stocked with the basics, you need to bring your own soap, bin bags, tea and coffee etc.
