Sehr tolle Wohnung mit einem Nachteil
9.0Super Lage, toller Blick aufs Meer vom Sofa und Bett aus. Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man zum Leben und Kochen braucht. Perfekt mit Waschmaschine und 2. Schlafzimmer. Parkplätze und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Tolle Promenade. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe durch SchlüsselTresor (wir haben den Besitzer nie getroffen, war alles durch kurze unkomplizierte Absprachen im Vorfeld geklärt und in der Wohnung war alles perfekt)
− Es ist manchmal sehr laut. Dem Krach von der Promenade kann man ausweichen indem man in das hintere Schlafzimmer zieht, leider hört man dann aber alles aus dem Treppenhaus und der Wohnung darüber. (Familie mit kleinen Kindern) In unserer Wohnung waren schwere Massivholz Türen und Möbel. Weder bei den Zimmer, noch bei den Möbeltüren (Küchenschränke etc.) waren irgendwelche Dämpfer, und so hört man jede Tür aus der eigenen aber auch aus der Wohnung darüber. Den Krach könnte man reduzieren indem man ein paar Gummidichtungen in die Türen und Filzgleiter an Tische und Stühle macht. Uns jedenfalls ging das ständige gerumpel und gepolter manchmal tierisch auf den Sack. Was echt schade ist, da die Wohnung sonst perfekt war.
