Great place to stay in Grantham.

Lots of room. Very clean. Easy access

− Area was a little rough. Security deposit required through separate website portal that’s not disclosed on listing.

Still waiting for refund of £300 caution money

Location was convenient although someone else parked in the designated parking space for the property on Saturday, which caused us problems

− I contacted the property many times because of a broken blind, dirty and broken freezer drawer and worst of all an overfilled fly infested bin outside the kitchen door. I left the property on 3 rd August and have still not been refunded my £300 caution money. This is not satisfactory

We had a really good stay, and enjoyed it, apart from the above inconveniences

Modern town house opposite the train station. Close to the town centre.

− The house was comfortable and clean apart from the kitchen, which had not been cleaned properly from previous occupants. The fridge under the work surface and the freezer both ha spillages which had been cleaned. The oven had foil with food remnants left on, and there were soiled towels left in the washing machine. We emailed this information within 20 minutes of arrival, and have not had any reply. Key code information was emailed late. We to telephone for the information when we arrived.. The electronic information manual seemed to be non existent. It would have been helpful if they would have let us about the parking restrictions immediately outside the house.

Nice location, good space for family, comfortable beds,easy to access. host support could be better

Was next to the train station so was very accessible

− Had plumbing issues from day 1 and it took 3 days to get it sorted; thrash was left at the backyard and not sorted properly. Kitchen panels exposed and reported but not fixed throughout the stay. all there reported and no actions taken till i checked out
