Disappointing
4.0It is a good airbnb, not a hotel. Toni’s communication by text is pleasant and polite. Close to the beach.
− I was looking for a hotel, with 24 hour front desk, free parking and wifi. I am not in vacation and it is spring so I didn’t really care how far the beach is which is the main positive of that Airbnb. The parking is technically free but on the street, I was lucky that it is not the high season because during the summer you will most likely struggle to find a parking spot nearby. There is no 24 hours front desk contrary to how it is advertised, there is in fact no front desk at all as it is really an Airbnb. But the most frustrating, internet wasn’t working, Toni told me that they the cable got cut and couldn’t fix it until after I left. So I didn’t have any internet and I was counting on internet to organize my trip and do some work. Toni apologized but didn’t offer any solutions or rebate to compensate. And when I asked that I expected some kind of rebate, I got crickets, complete silence. Toni is polite as long as there is money to be made.
