The apartment. Modern Boho feel which i like.... VERY clean. Comfy beds. Lovely personal touches/welcome breakfast pk/all info about facilities/taxis. Pretty little garden area with seating. Private. Excellent/friendly hosts.

Jayne and alstire, we're perfect hosts welcoming and friendly, apartment was very clean and well equipped with welcoming food eg eggs, bread, milk and fresh fruit 😋

− Hadn't realised that there was no oven but we managed with a hob ,tv was not working properly in the garden room, TV in bedroom was working, a novelty going to bed to watch TV

The apartment was spotless and the hosts had left enough basic supplies and treats for several days! So thoughtful, thank you. The layout was perfect for us as a family and the location was ideal.

Lovely clean little apartment. Clear directions provided prior to arrival made it easy to find the apartment. Jayne and Alastair were super attentive hosts. Lovely welcoming extras (tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, hot cross buns etc). Super comfy beds that were made up and ready. Towels and tea towels provided, along with cleaning products and toiletries. Plenty of pots and pans for use on the electric stove top. Fridge that was stocked with butters and spreads, jams and marmite. Bowl of fruit. Heated towel rails and radiators kept out the evening chill. Extra electric heaters were available but were not needed. Toiletries available. Powerful electric shower. Large walk-in cupboards and other storage space. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board provided. I think I also spotted a travel cot in one of the cupboards. Great conservatory area with dining table and chairs plus day bed/sofa and chair. Lots of cards and board games. TVs in the conservatory and main bedroom.. Wifi was good. Smart tv in main bedroom meant we could access iplayer and itvx. Well stocked book shelf. Own little garden area with seating. Useful information booklet provided.

− I hadn't realised that there was no oven, just a small electric 2 ring stove and a microwave. That was fine for our short stay, but we would have struggled for a longer stay. (Being able to cook a meal from scratch is something we prefer; we don't really do takeaways, ready meals, or eating out for our evening meal. However, that's just our preference and it was entirely my fault for not checking. TV reception in conservatory was not good. No BBC channels until I re-tuned but signal still kept dropping out on many channels. Perhaps the aerial has moved? I used the main double bedroom but, as I am a fairly light sleeper, I was awoken several times each night because I could hear our hosts walking around upstairs in their home, I guess when they got up during the night/early hours of the morning, to use their toilet. Again, this was probably just a me problem. It did not disturb my mum, who was using the single bedroom.
