− Overbooking. O apartamento havia sido alugado para outra plataforma. Depois de 10 horas na estrada fiquei plantada na porta de entrada aguardando instruções da proprietária e sem ter aonde ficar. Telefonei dezenas de vezes e só obtive retorno após entrar em contato com o Booking.

10.0Apartamento fantástico. Muito confortável e de bom gosto. Espaçoso, arejado, localizado em uma rua tranquila e segura em região central. Dá vontade de morar nele! A vista da sacada e das janelas é belíssima e a posição do apartamento é bastante privativa. Cama espaçosa e colchão muito confortável, bem como toda a roupa de cama. Tudo limpinho e cheiroso. O chuveiro também é muito bom. O estacionamento também é de fácil acesso na garagem e a vaga é espaçosa. Por fim, a comunicação ágil e a cordialidade da anfitriã foram pontos positivos adicionais.
