− We had to wait for our booking and unfortunately there was only one person at reception and after couple of hours I had to pay again as they did not find my booking and next day they did find it out. But had to pay twice.

Could have been so much better if hotel had been bothered to meet us and take our luggage.
7.0Breakfast was great. Location was great. However, hotel is quite far from the ferry and hotel was very unhelpful about getting the luggage to the rooms and so we had to take it ourselves in the heat. Hotel needs to meet guests and transfer luggage given that the rooms we stayed in cost £750 per night
