− El dpto tenía algunas deficiencias como una puerta del closet del dormitorio estaba desencajada; una ventana del dormitorio del 2do piso no cerraba y el baño del.1er piso le faltaba una puerta a la ducha y no tenía pisapié; y un enchufe del.dormitorio estaba suelto.

10.0Great location, amazing amenities, super comfortable, very responsive and accommodating host, will definitively be back! The apartment is simply amazing!
− The check-in/payment is confusing for international guests, as booking.com requires a credit card at the time of booking to hold the reservation, and after booking the host messaged me asking to pay for the reservation via third party platform (which is common practice in Chile). I think this is mostly an issue on how booking operates in Chile, not on the property per se. The host was super responsive, and even send someone to receive us at the property before we pay anything so we feel comfortable with the check in/payment procedures.
