− There was this weird smell we had to go buy some things to make it smell better. It smelled like someone cooked something funny before we got there

1.0− Booking.com confirmed the booking and the money was payed when arrived was told the booking was not approved so didn't have a place to stay on my arrival had to run around looking for another place very disappointing.

− The ad said there’s sea views .. which is incorrect . The bed was uncomfortable with a sinking mattress , hot water runs out after 1 person showers

− Bathrooms we not clean as we found the precious guest items The windows were dirty The blinds were left open and could not close as they are broken. No private moment, it feels like the host is watching you from the other building block with binoculars. even windows could not open for fresh air considering that we were restricted with the air conditioner. WiFi, did not work, TV was non functional, u needed to call the host to sort it out, which did not sort out, you needed to call them to organise u a tv, and request log is, too much admin and no time for that. The place is not kids friendly, too much hazard, both tables are glass, you break, you pay, as advised by the host on the welcome message. Do not steal, we are watching, we know what is in there”really?? So I’m booking to steal. The host is AI, not available to guide you through you stay, just whatapp. The person that wrote,”the place feels like visiting your distant relatives, who can’t wait for you to leave was spot on”. Electrical cables are just all over in the bedroom, non-functional. The house keeper, is doing a horrible cleaning job. We were advised not to use the air conditioner because it was loud for the neighbours, yet you window and blinds are not working. First and last time visiting this property. The previous guests reviews were spot on, and the host was very defensive, now we learned the hard way. Thank God, now we know.
