3.0Die Lage ist sehr gut.
− Das Objekt ist sehr verwohnt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Der Weg und die Zuwegung zum Objekt sind sehr uneben. Die Platten sind verschoben und bedeuten eine starke Stolpergefahr. Die Küchenmöbel sind teilweise sehr primitiv und nicht an der Wand verankert, so dass sie uns beim öffnen der Schubladen entgegenkamen. Die Arbeitsplatten sind teilweise nur aufgelegt.

1.0Die Umgebung und die Lage.
− Die gesamte Ferienwohnung,war schmutzig, Schimmelspuren,offene Elektrik und verzogene Türen. Der Innenhof ließ zu wünschen übrig,er hatte Stolperstellen und sah verlassen aus.
Absolut empfehlenswert
10.0Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das einchecken war total unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich empfangen.
Frau Hamann war sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nach Absprache.
4.0Super zentrale Lage, obwohl der Eingang nicht Wallstrasse sondern Gartenstrasse Ist. Sehr netter kleiner Ort.
− Außenanlagen in einem miserablen Zustand. Weg zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung sehr uneben. (Stolpergefahr.)Terrassenmöbel defekt. Dort wollte man sich nicht hinsetzen. Fenster im Bad durfte nicht geöffnet werden(defekt) Zettel dran. Sehr hellhörig. Die Küche ist lieblos möbliert.
