We had the opportunity to upgrade to a separate cottage next to the main house, and overall we were satisfied with our stay. The location is convenient, with the beach/shops/restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. Although the property is close to the street, the fenced garden, trees, and greenery make it feel peaceful and private. Despite what some reviews mention, it is definitely not on a steep hill, and the short uphill walk was not difficult. We usually parked our car on the street next to the property or slightly uphill; it was usually easier to find a spot in the morning than in the evening, but it was never a major issue. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, greeting us with homemade limoncello on arrival and making themselves available if we needed anything. The room offered more than enough space for two people and was clean. It included a kitchenette, a small dining table, a separate bedroom with a balcony overlooking the trees, and a comfortably sized bathroom. We also had a pleasant outdoor seating area that served as a private terrace, as well as a drying rack for clothes. 
It wasn't particularly luxurious or modern, but we don't mean that in a negative way. Some of the furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but it gave the place a cozy, homely feeling - almost like staying at your grandmother's countryside house. One of the highlights of our stay was the 3 friendly local cats. As cat owners ourselves, we loved their daily visits and hope future guests will be just as kind to them - they are gentle, calm, and simply enjoy relaxing around the property. Everyday we would leave them some cat food and fresh water considering the sweltering heat. Although most of the time they just wanted some attention and cuddles (especially the tabby one) :) Overall, we were very satisfied with the value for money. The accommodation was comfortable, we didn't notice any major downsides, and we really enjoyed our stay.

− The walls were quite thin, so we could sometimes hear conversations from neighboring guests, especially in the evenings. This wasn't really the hosts' fault, but it is worth noting. Being surrounded by nature also meant encountering the occasional insects and ants. We heard some rather interesting noises coming from the room near the roof at night; once we saw a fairly large lizard above the wardrobe and concluded that we wouldn't be surprised if something was living behind it! However, it wasn't particularly surprising considering the location. On the other hand, all the windows (except the balcony door) were fitted with insect screens. The wardrobe had a slightly unpleasant smell, and although the cottage was comfortable overall, we wouldn't describe it as recently renovated. There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as a slightly broken shower head and a loose toilet seat, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

Il posto era uguale come nelle foto , l’host è stato molto gentile e alla mano , la casa si trova in un ottimo punto , è servita con i negozi e locali li trovi subitoa 100 metri , il mare a piedi sarà di 10 min a secondo il vostro passso. Lo ringraziamo tanto per gli asciugamani che ci ha fornito dopo il nostro soggiorno per farci la doccia. Questo è stato davvero un plus. La casa ha una doccia esterna per chi come noi vuole godersi l’ultimo giorno in spiaggia può tornare a lavarsi in questo angolo che ha la casa. Ancora una volta tante grazie per la cordialità ci ritorneremo presto.

− Dovrebbe mettere delle zanzariere, ci ha fornito dei diffusori anti zanzare . Ma purtroppo essendo all’aperto se uscivi per poco tempo le zanzare entravano. Per il resto la casa è davvero stupenda.

− The only incovenient is that at night there can be noise on the street (moto/ATV traffic), but that’s totally out of host’s control.

Would book it absolutely anytime!

Veličina terase, prostrana i velika. Dobar internet.

− Mali frižider, bez pregrada za flaše i vratanca od friza te nije bilo moguće zamrznuti patrone...vlasnica je samo slegla ramenima!? Nedovoljno šerpi. Buka, objekat odmah do ulice. Smrad kreveta u dnevnom boravku. Mali, uzani kreveti. Trafo iodmah do dvorišta
