Almost good value for the money.
4.0The location was central. Property was excellent with 24/7 security so we felt very safe in a busy area of Kingston. Well equipped kitchen. The electric fan in the living room broke down because the prong broke off in the outlet and started to smoke. I quickly unplugged it. The host responded promptly by bringing over a new-ish fan. He also provided complimentary coffee.
− The host refused to provide more than 2 standard rolls of toilet paper for 2 adults staying 5 nights. I felt he could have done more since he demanded full payment in cash at the start of the stay in USD. The corners were dirty and there were ants in the kitchen, and I discovered a used sanitary product under the bathroom vanity. No hot water in bathroom, only in the kitchen, so we had to carry hot water to the bathroom for baths. Suggest the host be more generous in consideration of good guest relations, and do a better job of cleaning the place between guests. And clarify the hot water situation.

− The apartment was old, the fan dirty, towels were horrible the place needs an update, spend the money and fixed the stain floors, the bath tub fills up while taking a shower, then there are several containers of water about the place, the ac vent needs cleanining....the location is the only thing going on for this apartment...the curtains were mad dusty. I have gotten better for way less
