7.0Silencioso, terracita con vistas del mar a lo lejos.. Hipermercado muy cerca. Piso con buena distribución y bastante acogedor. Tenía muchos platos y cubiertos para no estar constantemente limpiando.
− Eché en falta una olla para hervir pasta. Las sartenes y cacerola muy rayadas y teflón pelado,, son para tirar. La ventilación del cuarto de baño deficiente. Difícil aparcamiento o de pago a precio de oro.

9.0Prostorný byt, krásná terasa s výhledem na moře, zeleň v blízkosti domu. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem.
− Trochu delší vzdálenost k pláži a vyvýšení, které je nutné zdolat při chůzi k domu (bez toho by ale zase nebyl ten krásný výhled🙂)
