7.0Great owner! Obviously he renowated almost perfectly an old property. We also had a very constructive talk with him, so he can make the place even better. For the hot summer days it is perfect! It is outside the city center, so it is calm and the air is very pure and fresh. Perfect internet and wifi! A lot of utensils and even some games! Easy to find and easy to get inside with a code. Next to the bus stop (bus every 40 minutes that stops in the city center near all the shops). We had a nice time.
− Not really suitable for families with two or more small kids, because you can go to the bathroom and to the bedroom only through the living room. The washing mashine is in the cellar and was not working. The managing company is a big one with a lot of properties, but everything with them was a mess and very complicated. Really bad service! The same with the cleaning company! It was clean only on the surface, so it looks clean, but the curtains, the carpet and under the beds was so awfully dirty. The owner said he already changed thw companies and will do his best to made them perform better. So, my notes here: - for the property 8/10 - owner 10/10 - managing company - 4/10 - cleaning company - 1/10
