9.0Friendly staff, prompt communication, easy check-in and check-out process, and great location to downtown. I love the little patio and the nice coffee shop right down the street. No lift, but it’s not an issue.

Nice studio with challenging access.
8.0The studio, no.2, was clean & comfortable. Mini kitchen suitable for making tea & coffee. Good central position. Quiet.
− The main drawback was the difficult access. Forty narrow stairs made it challenging for older people with medium sized luggage. Fit people with small to medium luggage would be ok. Other than the access the room was good.
