10.0Camera destul de spațioasă, pat confortabil, bucătăria utilata .
− În primul rand blocul foarte vechi, gunoaiele de la întrarea in bloc, holul către apartament dezolant, liftul care merge doar cand au grijă locatarii sa închidă bine usa, altfel am urcat 9 etaje... Iar in apartament cabina de duș prea mica. În concluzie NU AS REVENI LA ACEASTA LOCATIE.

8.0Pat comod, vedere frumoasa a orasului.
− Parcarea libera este in spatele blocului și trebuie să înconjuri ceva clădiri, mergi destul de mult pâna la intrarea în bloc iar garsoniera e la etajul 9 și liftul merge până la 8. Daca ai bagaj și ploua cum am nimerit noi nu e deloc drăguț.
