The Apartment was perfect for a group of friends, loads of space and balcony was great, Pool and all facilities were brilliant. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Tenerife

− Just to note that there is no air conditioning in the apartment but we rented portable units from mr cools hire shop for the week and they were great.

Brilliant, second stay for us we really like the location and it’s is excellent value for money

Great location for the restaurants and sea front - well kept pretty premises and gardens with a nice recently refurbished pool that isn’t private but is quiet. Really nice patio terrace with plenty of furnishings. Very comfortable place to stay everything we needed for a grown up family of 4. We used the pull out bed in the living area which was large and comfortable.

− The bathroom is quite dark and the extractor broke whilst we were there but the management company - who are very friendly, were straight out to look at it.

− After returning from the apartment in Tenerife I cannot express how disappointed we were with the level of cleaning and the actual state of disrepair the apartment was in. The pictures that are on the Booking .com site are not representative of the accommodation you have supplied, I have attached pictures of the cleaning and the state of the property and to say we were shocked is an understatement - the place was dirty and in a poor state of repair, tiles were coming up all over the patio and one of the guys actually cut his foot on jagged tile that was jutting up, the window in the rear bedroom is nearly falling out with the glass surround actually lifting out which I had to push down as the glass moves and was unsafe to open this window to allow any cool air to come in at night. The front door only opens half way without forcing it and makes an awful scraping sound each time you use it. The sockets in the back bedroom are falling out and we left a travel plug in the wall as we could not get this out without pulling the unit out of the wall, this is the same in the kitchen on the left hand side. The bedding did not smell clean and to an awful standard and the towels supplied were tiny not enough size wise to place on the sun loungers which are stained and very look unsanitary. We actually tried our best not to use the place and stayed out as much as possible, this really ruined the experience for the guys who all paid a lot of money to use this apartment after looking at this on the website which really is not a true representation of what you are supplying.
