Esther was very pleasant and accommodating she checked in on us to ensure we were good.

Abandoned, stranded until 2am. Never again!

− We booked this location, indicating from beforehand that we are landing at 11pm. The host emailed and whatsapped me indicating that I should call them when landed to secure my entry. I am in a party of three, including a pensioner. I arrived as scheduled and both whatsapped and called the host, who to this point, at 9 am on the next day has not responded or called. What that meant is that from 1130pm to 2am, my entire party was stuck outside the apartment building, in an unfamiliar location, with nowhere else to go. On top of that it started to rain. More than 30 call attempts later, attempts at emails and messages through booking.com and as of 831am on the next day, I have not been contacted even with an apology. This has forced me to not only use Uber to get to another location, but to pay, at the very last minute, the price of a night at another location at 2am. This is unacceptable and reprehensible on behalf of a company and location offering stays to visitors. I want not only an apology, but the difference in price between what I would have paid, and what I eventually had to pay at the other accommodation, and the Uber. I may also have no choice but to report this location with the relevant government body in Barbados. Ridiculous.

− No toiletries. I was on a one night stop over and would have enjoyed having shampoo and shower wash available.

9.0Fantastic apartment, clean and comfortable and great location. The host was able to get us in for a last minute booking after our original apartment unexpectedly cancelled, so we were very grateful! AC was strong in both bedrooms, lots of space in the kitchen and main area. We would definitely stay here again.

− The sofa bed caved in so one of ours sons ended up having to sleep on the sofa. Other than that everything else was perfect
