10.0The setting is absolutely beautiful. The house is lovely & the sun room was our absolute favourite looking out over the beach.

9.0The house is really a home away from home. With the most amazing unsurpassed views across the Firth of Forth. The Gulls is perfect for large groups with so many inclusions, kitchen is well fitted out and has a perpetual pantry, 2 bathrooms and extra WC, plenty of books and games and the conservatory is the added bonus. The views are unforgettable - thanks for hosting our family - we've had a family holiday we'll always cherish.
