Didnt stay, imbecile never answered
1.0Nothing! After the reservation the individual who we spoke to days before the stay was being nice, but the day OF.. he mever answered and i reserved it for my wife, daughter and i.. very irresponsible, he never answered and called back days later. I hope he gets banned for having us running around with no place to stay around the enviornment we had no idea if it were safe to stay or not. At least be man enough to face his mistakes but he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize or any of the sort. Im a business man and this type of rental business is NOT for him.

1.0Nothing, When called the owner he said it wasn't his place i rented the i was calling the wrong number.
− Owner is unresponble booking property owner, I travel out of the country get to the place on a taxi unloaded my luggages called the owner and he acted like it wasn't his property.

1.0− The owners of this property are GREEDY, SCAMMING, LIARS. I booked this and another room in a separate building well in advance of my family's vacation. I called and e-mailed numerous times to confirm certain information but never received a reply. One day before arrival, I received an email requesting that I cancel the reservation due to plumbing issues. I knew if I cancelled I would be charged the full price. Shortly before the requests for cancellation, I received similar email from the other building, requesting cancellation due to plumbing issues. I find it very odd that two large, separate buildings would have plumbing issues on the exact days of my reservation, and no other temporary accommodations were possible. I became clear to me that my advanced reservation secured me a favorable rate, which the owners resented. In a corruptive, greedy, and scamming method, the financial loss responsibilities were place on me. Fortunately, booking customer service were able to cancel the reservations on their end, which gave me one day to find alternative accommodation for my family of 7.
