9.0Fabulous location. Great directions and ease of access. Beds were comfortable and shower was powerful.
− The only issue, and this is minor, would be the balcony. This is actually a very tiny shared space where one could spend only a few minutes.
A perfect location in a perfectly equipped apartment
10.0The apartment is located in the heart of San Gimignano’s ancient town, in a historic building. The tasteful furniture is perfect, and it has everything you need for a few days’ stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. There’s even a small balcony, a rarity in the densely built-up historic districts. Furthermore, the hostess’s friendliness deserves special mention; she immediately provided detailed answers to all questions via WhatsApp. All in all, highly recommended!

9.0Great location and central to lots of great shops and restaurants, towers and museums. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable for a 5 day stay. The host Benedetta was very friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions we had, also recommended a few places to eat.
− About the only negative I can give is there were no toiletries in the bathroom. We found this quite strange as all the places we have stayed in supplied toiletries. Apart from that the apartment is great.
Fabulous apartment in the centre of town.
10.0Ideally located in the centre of town (highest point) next to the Duomo. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had a well organised little kitchen with big fridge, washing machine and outdoor clothesline. Host was great to deal with, assisting us with booking car parking and other questions. Highly recommend.

If you arrive by car, please note that starting from July 1st, 2025, San Gimignano has extended the ZTL restrictions to include guests staying in apartments within the city center. As a result, it is no longer possible to reach the apartment by car, as it is located directly in the Main Square of San Gimignano.
The nearest parking areas are P3 and P4, both located 2133 feet from the apartment.
If you wish, we can purchase a discounted parking ticket in advance for P3-P4 at a cost of 10 euros per day for our guests. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
