3.0The view
− Not a good experience overall. 1. Was pressurised to arrive earlier when set arrival time was communicated before hand. 2. Upon arrival both beds were not made - reason was given that linen had stains on and had to be removed. 3. Place was dirty - people arrived to clean the place and replace linen while in facility. 4. Linen did not smell clean - when supposedly changed. 5. Building under construction - not communicated before hand - scaffolding outside both bedrooms - made a noise throughout the night as the wind was blowing against it. 6. On Friday morning at 09:00 - men on ladders cleaning windows - not communicated beforehand. 7. Building poorly maintained - elevators shakes upon doors closing. Telephonic feedback was given - no apology received - person in the other end justified by saying that place was clean on the Thursday with site visit, which was not the case.
