Location good. Price cheaper than hotel. I can park in front of my room.

− Being that it is a older place which I love. You hear the out side noises. On the other hand its a quite neiborhood. So after dark. Its quite.

Excellent price for the space, privacy and proximity to beach and other attractions. The property was clean and had everything that I needed, including bed, shower, kitchen and beach linens. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, fridge & hot plate worked well. Bed was big and comfortable. Ac unit worked great. Quiet, safe neighboorhood with friendly people walking their pets. I’d definitely stay here again. God bless you & thank you!

− Only difficult thing I had to get used to was entering through the wooden gate. The gate has been through a lot of high winds/weather so it’s a little difficult to open and close. It requires both hands from a small person.

Comfortable, Very Pleasant, Great Location, All Amenities

The cottage apartment was quite cozy and welcoming. There is a large master bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Given that it was winter while I stayed, I appreciated the heat to warm up the house in the morning and the AC worked well on the warm days. The fully equipped kitchen was great. I did not eat out, so I was able to prepare all my meals in the apartment. I had an issue with the internet during the first day of my stay and contacted Juan. He responded immediately and it turned out to be a service outage that was resolved quickly. Juan was very quick to communicate and was very pleasant to deal with. The TV in the living room and the bedroom both have Roku. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is very central and it is easy to get to downtown, beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. easily. I highly recommend this apartment and appreciate Juan for the pleasant stay.
