10.0Da es eine FeWo ist, gab es unser eigenes Frühstück . Es war traumhaft ruhig dort. Die Küche liegt zum Garten hin mit Blick ins Grüne - morgens und Abends vielfältiges Vogelgezwitscher-schön..... In jedem Zimmer(Schlaf und Wohnzimmer) gibt es Ventilatoren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten -wir konnten sehr gut durchlüften, da es genügend gegenüberliegende Fenster gibt. Sehr angenehm bei höheren Temperaturen ! Wir haben einen Tag auf Borkum verbracht- traumhaft. Der Fährhafen in Emden ist einfach vom Quartier aus zu erreichen.

10.0Super sauber , Wohnung ist fantastisch ausgestattet, Matratzen nicht durchgelegen , die Lage , total ruhig,toller Garten , absolut für Familien mit Kleinkind geeignet, sehr ,sehr nette Vermieter und hilfsbereit . Absolut empfehlenswert.
