1.0− The facilities were not great cups cracked furniture split and was very poor.

1.0We didn't get the chance to stay so I wouldn't know
− We turned up to the property and called the host for the pin code as instructed, went straight to voicemail we spent over 2 hours outside the property waiting to hear something back, calling several times. Eventually we had to call booking.com as we were stuck and were worried we wouldn't have a place to stay. We had to find alternative arrangements as we were told we could no longer be accommodated, we then got a call at half 7 (over 3 hours after we originally got to the property to say there phone had died and they only just charged it. I understand these things happen, but when you are hosting your property and need to let people in, we found it to be very unprofessional

− Everything! This should never be listed! It gives Airbnb a bad name. Asked for refund and owner telling me no. If we were not in the middle of a family upset and had to sleep there we would have left! We did not dare make tea or use shower. Took many pictures as proof and left at 6.15am! Web site picture of crockery nothing like reality. Only 3 bowls etc for 5 bed property. Too many faults to list.
Comfortable but house was lacking.

− Lack of literature/ instructions. Lack of towels and when they were brought they were damp so had to go out on the line. Very poor cutlery, 2 forks 3 knives a few spoons. There were 3 of us (beds for 5) Limited crockery assortment. Power to fridgefreezer was not connected, as we assumed it would be, so warm milk and food not frozen in freezer in the morning, as we were expecting. Basin sink plugs in bathrooms couldn't be used as no way to pull out plugs. Television didn't work, may have got it going if tv instructions were left there.
