− Quando tomamos banho ficamos com parte da casa de banho com água no chão. O resguardo deixa sair água. A nível de estacionamento não é fácil encontrar, pois é público e depois das 17h torna-se missão difícil estacionar.

4.0De verhuurder begeleidde ons vlot tot het sleutelkastje. (We hadden de naar ons toegestuurde e-mail met de informatie hóe de sleutels te bekomen niet goed gelezen).
− We hebben lang getwijfeld om een recensie te plaatsen maar geïnteresseerden in dit logement moeten het volgende weten. De laatste nacht van ons tweedaags verblijf in dit appartement op de zevende verdieping heeft het gestormd en de regen kletterde tegen de ramen. Op een of andere manier geraakte die regen in het logement. Rond 0515 Hr kwamen we wakker door de bliksem en toen moesten we vaststellen dat een gedeelte van de leefkamer én de slaapkamer onder water stond. We zijn de rest van de nacht wakker gebleven om de vloer droog te krijgen. OK, het stormt niet altijd aan deze kust maar toch... Toen we de verhuurder 's ochtends hiervan op de hoogte brachten was het eerder laconieke antwoord dat "dit bij slechte weersomstandigheden wel kon gebeuren"... Wat ons echter het meeste stoorde was de grijze zetel in de leefkamer. Deze is onhygiënisch, vuil en staat vol met vlekken, zowel op het zit- en het ruggedeelte. We denken niet dat het van frisdrank of koffie is... Moesten die twee tekortkomingen aangepakt worden is het wél een prima uitvalsbasis naar de hoofdstad en andere locaties maar nu is het logement dat geld niet waard.
