Location and view

− For the price paid, we expected better appointments. Bathrooms are quite dated, linen not supplied, not very clean. Would not stay here again.

I like it cosy and the location is absolutely amazing and the view wowww we spent lovely holiday in this house and we gonna purchase that house for next time highly recommended

− Just one thing to work on it is the carpet and there is cockroaches and the balconies was a lot of spiders this really need to be cleaned my daughter has allergies of dust and carpet and she got too much allergic otherwise all good

The location was absolutely amazing! It was quiet and the view was stunning. Nice walks and easy drive to Nelson Bay where there is so much to do and great cafés and restaurants.

− No much, it was all amazing. We had to provided our own sheets and towels, which was fine, but I feel it needs to be better advised when booking.

Very comfortable clean quiet apartment, amazing views right on the bay. The apartment had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Whilst there is no air con the bedroom ceiling fans and breeze off the bay kept us cool. Park and tennis courts directly across the road and quick 2min drive to bowling club, small grocer, butcher, and Cheeky Dog restaurant and bar. When the bay is calm it’s perfect for paddle boarding which we enjoyed on one day.

− The bay is very windy, or perhaps we struck a windy week. The blinds in the apartment are old and make a lot of noise from the wind. Didn’t bother us but I do worry more about the blinds wear and tear as they bang around alot when doors and windows are open.
