Great place but no hot water…
7.0It was big, clean, nice location
− The hot water pressure was so terrible we had to boil the kettle to fill bath for my toddler. We couldn’t even use the shower as it was like a trickle of hot water. Dryer didn’t work, when we got the drying rack to use instead, it fully fell apart and was broken. Needs a little love put into maintaining it, otherwise it was great!
Great location, would stay again. Would like to be able to open more doors to the balcony.

9.0Location was very good but a car is required to reach Nelson Bay particularly at night when buses are less frequent. The apartment was a little out of range of the courtesy buses at night. Pool was excellent
− There was no wifi. Apartment is on first floor via a stair case, which is fine if you do not have a lot of luggage.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
