7.0We had an enjoyable stay overall. The location is excellent – the beach is only a short walk away, there is a Mercadona supermarket nearby, and the surrounding area with the sea views and hotels is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the hot weather. Our apartment comfortably accommodated four people, and everyone had their own bed.
− However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The biggest surprise was an additional charge at check-in because the hotel received our Booking.com reservation as only two adults, even though I booked for two adults and two children and entered the children’s ages during the reservation. It seems this was a Booking.com synchronization issue rather than the hotel’s fault, but it created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday. Housekeeping was only provided every two days. We would have appreciated daily trash removal, fresh towels and a quick floor cleaning, especially during the summer. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used, and there were quite a lot of ants inside the apartment.
